Background

TOGA Group was founded in Sydney in 1963 by Ervin Vidor AM, Charlotte Vidor AM and Antonino Stillone, starting with two nine-unit apartment blocks in Glebe. With over 60 years of history and more than 2,500 employees globally, the family-owned diversified property and hotel group operates across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Through TOGA Development & Construction it develops and builds residential apartments and mixed-use projects, and operates around 60-80 hotels via TFE Hotels (formerly Toga Hotels) under brands including Adina, Vibe, Quincy, Travelodge and Rendezvous. TOGA has delivered landmark Sydney projects including the Jones Bay Wharf waterfront redevelopment, Harbourfront Balmain and Bondi Boheme, and currently holds a development pipeline of more than 5,000 apartments.
