Background

Stockland Corporation Limited (ASX: SGP) was founded in 1952 by Ervin Graf and Albert Scheinberg (formerly Stocks & Holdings), headquartered at 133 Castlereagh Street, Sydney. One of Australia's largest diversified property groups with a market capitalisation of around A$13 billion, Stockland listed on the ASX in 1987 and is led by CEO Tarun Gupta. Its business spans residential community development, land lease communities, commercial offices, industrial logistics and retail town centres.
