Background

Deicorp was founded in 1999 by Fouad Deiri and is headquartered in Sydney. The privately owned company integrates development, construction and design, focusing on transport-connected residential, retail and commercial projects, with a team of around 200. Founder Fouad Deiri grew up in Blacktown in Western Sydney, started as a carpenter apprentice, obtained a builder's licence and then founded Deicorp. Deicorp was the first developer in NSW to achieve an iCIRT rating (November 2021), and is known in the industry for embracing industry reform early.
